Answers that survive being checked
Short answers that survive being checked. And a link, every time, to where it came from.
This is where you say who publishes Facts Magazine and why. Two or three paragraphs is plenty: what the collection covers, who it is for, and what you will not publish.
There are currently 6 truths. Each one opens with the answer, because that is the line a reader, a search engine or an assistant will quote.
The rules
Everything is sourced. Every entry links to at least one source, a primary paper where one exists, otherwise a reputable publisher. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not go on the site, however good it sounds.
The caveat stays in. Where the popular version of a fact overstates things, the overstatement gets named rather than quietly inherited.
Corrections beat deletions. If something here turns out to be wrong, the entry is rewritten to say so. A collection that has never had to change its mind is not being checked.
